A detective declares: "The era of yakuza strutting around with authority is over." Yet the streets are now overrun with lawless rogues. Tommy (Yamaguchi Yoshiyuki) and Buchi (Suzuki Minoru) are a reckless duo, pretending to help women only to take advantage of them, skipping out on bills at cabaret clubs, and scraping by while living out of a car in a parking lot that costs just 1,200 yen a night.
