A group of centuries-old crime fighters known as the FISTS become modern day motorcycle riding superheroes by using spectecular ninja techniques to battle the forces of evil. The Dark Monk (their arch nemesis) has resurfaced from the criminal underground to wreak havoc on the lives of the innocent and eliminate the Fists beginning with Syko, whose psychic abilities enable the Fists to see crime before it happens.
