About
Student Alice Jeffries (Anne Jensen) is on vacation in Mexico with her friend Carmen. When the two girls are arrested by the local police for drug possession, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) gets involved and quickly discovers that the Mexican authorities are unusually uncooperative.
