His works for the screen have been awarded at such film festivals as Cannes and Venice, and nominated at the Oscars.
He regularly collaborates with director Yorgos Lanthimos, with whom he has co-written the screenplays for several acclaimed films, including Dogtooth (2009), Alps (2011), The Lobster (2015), The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017), and Kinds of Kindness (2024).
