Son of the acclaimed chocolatier Antoni Escribà, he owns the prestigious Escribà bakeries in Barcelona (www.escriba.es). Christian is one of the prime examples of spectacle-pastry for great events, with a large exhibition hall in one of his two stores. He never says no to any order, no matter how impossible it may seem to be made.
