Achel Chang is a Taiwanese entertainer born in Neihu, Taipei, Taiwan. She graduated from the National Taipei University of Business.
During her school years, she was an athlete, winning 7 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and breaking 4 records at the National Games. She also holds lifeguard and swimming instructor licenses. After winning first place in a singing competition, she signed with a talent agency and a record company. However, during the three years of training with the company, she did not release a personal album.
In 2006, Chang officially debuted and starred in her first idol drama, "Star Apple Paradise."
On November 17, 2006, Chang released her debut album "Xiao Xiao Yu's Noisy."
In 2013, she became the spokesperson for "Chuan Jing Biomedical."
