Cameron Somers is a storyteller in the truest sense-an actor, writer, and producer who doesn't wait for permission to create. Born and raised in upstate New York, he grew up with an instinct for character and a natural eye for the unspoken moments that define a story. He learned early on that if you want something, you don't wait for it-you make it happen. That passion first led him to the theatre where he performed and starred in numerous play productions at The Palm Beach Institute for Entertainment Arts.

His love for performing started long before he ever set foot on a stage or film set. As a kid he was always drawn to storytelling-whether it was reenacting scenes from his favorite movies or putting on makeshift plays in the living room for his family and friends.

Now based in Los Angeles, Cameron has carved out a career in indie films, theatre, shorts, and television, pushing past the industry's gatekeepers to build something on his own terms. He started from the ground up as a background actor and taking small bit parts in shorts and indies all while learning the business and honing his craft. His latest project has earned a spot in the LA Shorts International Film Festival, a testament to his commitment to telling stories that hit hard and leave a mark.

Coming up- he is starring in and producing his latest indie feature, he's not just acting-he's shaping the entire narrative, proving that some of the most compelling work happens outside the studio system.
