There YING has also learnt that TIN has become the leader of the Foshan Chivalry Gang. CHIU BAR-SHAN has come to make trouble and TIN offers to have a fight with SHAN. KWAI promises YU that she will never steal again. YU explains to YING that HUNG was only trying to save her and didn’t mean to cause anyone trouble. A thought pops into his head as YING is listening. HUNG begs YING to let him stay in Foshan while YING needs him to make a pact to guarantee that he will not be involved in any more fighting. LEUNG FOON, the son of a local tycoon LEUNG CHOI, is proud of his martial arts skills and calls himself undefeated, without knowing that all of his competitors have been bribed by his assistant CHAN AH-SO. TIN is totally stunned by YU’s guzhang (a Chinese musical instrument) skills. Knowing that she is being hassled by a bloke, TIN flies off to get her out of the predicament. YING happens to discover that LUK YUET-HO, owner of Wan Loi Inn, has got a wooden carving. He is so concerned to find out more about the carving but HO seems to have a secret to hide. KWAI is arrested. HUNG comes to realize he has misunderstood KWAI and heads back to break the news to YU. YU has got no choice. She decides to sign a life-long contract with the brothel so that she will have enough money to bribe the prison guards. TIN has bid a great deal of money for YU’s first night, during which YU is only asked to give a guzhang performance. This makes YU believe that TIN is a real gentleman. KWAI is released. HUNG feels so guilty towards her that he promises to help raise money for her and her sister. To fulfill his promise, HUNG decides to TATe part in the Lion Dance Competition without letting YING know, in the hope of winning a cash prize. TIN decides to kick FOON out, and KIN, who loathes FOON too, gives him a punch so as to release his anger. FOON is beaten severely, which alerts him to the fact that CHOI has been bribing his competitors and that he himself is in no sense invincible. He is so angry that he has immediately dismissed SO. HUNG passes the money to KWAI, during which they run into MUI who, later, asks them to go fishing with her. The Chivalry Gang is largely discredited by its failure in the Lion Dance Competition. In order to bribe the officials to offer him a higher post, SO keeps on asking for money from SIU.
