Season 1
Episode 1
It is believed that in the place called No Kai there hides a precious sword and treasures of the Ching Dynasty. Streams of martial heroes flock to hunt the treasure. Yet all boats get lost once they get into the waters of No Kai and this mystery remains unveiled for hundreds of years. The Yip family is among the many whose venture completely fails through with the father Yip Moon Tin being captived by the Ching tribe hiding in the area and the son Yip Yuen is the only survivor. The Ching tribe is in fact waiting for the opportunity of reviving the tribe and their leader is Ying Tin Wei. Though on the surface Wei seems determined to dethrone the present Emperor and re-establish the Ching Dynasty again, he in his heart is happy and contented with the peaceful life in No Kai. Nevertheless he dares not go against the will of his tribe. His son, Ying Dan, is the successor to the throne and is very kind and good-natured……
Episode 2
Dan is arranged to enter into marriage with To Kum who happens to hate him for his stupidity and clumsiness. Kum often treats Dan rudely and eventually she decides to elope with her lover but the plan fails. To prepare for the wedding, the tribesmen go into the town and happen to oross swords with a girl called Caw Cheong Tau who somehow is taken back to No Kai while she is hiding herself in a chest. Dan later discovers Caw and they become close friends. He also decides to help Caw escape out from his land.
Episode 3
The tribesmen force all captives to take a dose of drug which makes them lose their memory. Dan saves Caw from drinking the drug on the pretext that she is carrying his baby. Fearing that Caw will be further persecuted, Dan makes plan to escort her out from his land. The Yip family loses its reputation and respectable status. The housekeeper Sheung Kau Chun is determined to help Yuen re-establish the position of the family and unveil the mystery of Mo Kai.
Episode 4
Dan and Caw are believed to have eloped and this arouses anxiety on the part of Dan's father and mother. The former in afraid that the secrets of No Kai will be disclosed while the latter worries about his safety. Dan's disappearance brings delight to Kum who regains her freedom. In fact while helping Caw escape, Dan himself also gets lost. Wandering around, he rune into poverty and works as a servant. Because of his good nature, he spoils the plan of a gang of robbers who later avenge on him. Fortunately, he is saved by Bat King Mo who appreciates his good nature and sense of justice. Dan eventually becomes Mo's disciple.
Episode 5
On their way, Dan and No are deceived into believing that the Pak Family are wicked and they decide to punish them. Tuen pays homage to the Pak Family whose status is slowly rising and yet he is ridiculed by the Pak brothers making him determined to re-gain the name for his family. Mo reveals the wicked acts of the Pak family in front of a large crowd of bringing martial heroes much shame to the Pak family who decide to avenge on Mo and Dan. On finding that they are deceived by the robbers, Mo and Dan feel much regretted and beg forgiveness from the Pak family who vow to give them their due. Fearing that Dan will get involved in his trouble, Mo leaves Dan who later bumps into Gaw again when she sneaks into the house of Pak.
Episode 6
Dan finds out that raw is an orphan adopted by Lo Tso who is wicked and very skilled in martial arts. He forces her to become a thief and to prevent her from going against him, he make her addicted to his drug.. Dan asks Gaw to return her loot to the Pak family but they happen to witness the Pak family being attacked by a group of masked men and the whole family perished. The masked men discover Dan and Gaw and try to kill them also. However, they are saved by Lo Teo who later made Dan a prisoner at his place. Gaw's love for Dan makes her attempt to free Den from the control of Lo Teo and yet she fails. Nevertheless, Dan gets free accidentally and Gaw helps him escape. In order to save his father, yuen wants to learn martial arts from Mo who only urges him to shoulder his responsibility as the. leader of the martial heroes.
Episode 7
Lo Tso is very disappointed with Caw who betrays him and refuses to take her as his disciple anymore. The Emperor's uncle is very dissatisfied at being unable to succeed the throne. Later he wants to strengthen his own power and forces his daughter Princess Was Yang to marry a foreign prince. The princess strongly opposes that and walks out of the family. She then meets Dan and they become friends and companions on the way. - In order to break the relationship between Dan and Caw, Lo No cheats Dan into believing that Caw is dead already and he takes Caw back to his place. Dan and the Princess wander together for some time. The latter misses the comfortable life at the palace and decides to return home. Yet her father refuses to take her back and she leaves angrily.
