Australian Survivor

Season 1

Set on the stunning South Pacific island of Samoa, contestants ranging in age from 23 to 62 are deprived of basic comforts and must build their own shelter, light their own fires, gather their own food and fend for themselves. A private investigator, a professional cricketer, a criminal lawyer, a firefighter and a magician are among the 24 contestants give up all creature comforts in a bid to win Australian Survivor. Their bodies are pushed to the extreme, competing in epic and physically demanding challenges, while mentally they must navigate their way through cunning and strategic gameplay. Faced with extreme temperatures and fierce tropical storms, contestants are stripped to their core – and only one will emerge triumphant. The ultimate winner will walk away with a life-changing experience, half a million dollars and the coveted title of Australia’s Sole Survivor 2016.

Season 2

Filmed on the Samoan island of Upolu and featured 24 Australian castaways competing for 55 days in the Samoan jungle for a grand prize of A$500,000.

Champions V Contenders

Australian Survivor returns with a premise the game has never seen before: Champions vs Contenders. It is a case of David verse Goliath, where 12 everyday contestants are pitted against 12 players who are champions in their field, be it mental, physical or social. Featuring people from all walks of life, Australian Survivor sees a Takeaway Delivery Rider taking on Olympic Medallists and an Interior Designer going up against an Astrophysicist. For 50 days, these castaways are forced to compete against each other aiming for the same goal: to outwit, outlast and outplay each other to be the ultimate Sole Survivor. Running on little sleep, little food and possessing only the clothes on their back, just one castaway will survive to take out the ultimate prize of $500,000.

Champions V Contenders II

Featured 24 contestants divided into two tribes: "Champions", composed of twelve high-achievers who excelled in their fields, and "Contenders", composed of twelve everyday Australians.

All Stars

With 24 Survivors up for the challenge, we’ve got you covered with fan-favourites to devious villains, most-loved heroes and everyone in-between. Returning to a game they all think they’ve mastered, the players are in for a rude awakening. The challenges are harder, the alliances stronger and the blindsides more epic.

Brains V Brawn

Twenty four of the strongest and most strategic minds the competition has ever seen, will go head-to-head in the Australian Outback, where they’ll settle the age old question: Brains or Brawn? Over 48 days in the vast, arid outback of Cloncurry in North West Queensland, 12 of the most intelligent individuals will take on 12 of the most physically elite as they attempt to Outwit, Outplay, and Outlast the competition to take home the title of Sole Survivor and a life-changing $500,000.

Blood V Water

For the first time ever on Australian Survivor, castaways will be playing with a member of their own family. Siblings, couples, in-laws, parents and children all go head-to-head in Australian Survivor: Blood V Water. Battling it out for the title of Sole Survivor will be, Australian Survivor Season 2 contenders Mark Wales and Sam Gash, NRL Legend Michael Crocker and his sister in-law Chrissy Zaremba, alongside the Queen of Survivor US Sandra Diaz and her daughter Nina Twine. Will blood prove to be thicker than water? Or will the deepest bonds be broken?

Heroes V Villains

In the game of Australian Survivor, who does it better? A hero or a villain? This season, we are back to where it all began. Samoa. Where the beautiful beaches will see heroes and villains battle it out in gruelling challenges to come out on top. Hosted by Jonathan LaPaglia, the eighth season of Australian Survivor is an unrelenting test of courage, endurance and strength that will push people to their limits and beyond.

Titans V Rebels

In the game of Australian Survivor, who does it better? A Titan or a Rebel? This season, we are back to where it all began. Samoa. Where the beautiful beaches will see titans and rebels battle it out in gruelling challenges to come out on top.

Brains V Brawn II

Australian Survivor once again pits brute strength against mental agility as Brains V Brawn face-off. Castaways will go head-to-head in Samoa where both tribes will attempt to Outwit, Outplay and Outlast each other to take home the title of Sole Survivor, as well as a $500,000 cash prize.

Australia V The World

Survivor is taking things to the next level with Australia v The World, bringing together some of the best players from around the globe and putting them to the ultimate test. Iconic Aussie castaways will go head-to-head with players from Survivor US, Québec, South Africa, New Zealand and Finland, for the chance to be crowned Sole Survivor and win a cash prize of $250,000. Over 16 days, these 14 players will battle it out on the beaches of Samoa and attempt to Outwit, Outplay and Outlast each other.

Redemption

For its epic 14th season, Australian Survivor is offering 24 castaways a rare shot at one thing they are all hungry for: Redemption. This year, players each enter with a personal mission, something to prove or a regret to make right. They are not just playing for the title of Sole Survivor; they are playing to rewrite the story of who they are. Hosted by two-time player and winner of Australian Survivor: All Stars, David Genat, this will be an unmissable season set to push players to the brink. Over 45 days, players will battle the elements, hunger, exhaustion, and each other in the hopes of making it to the end and taking home the title of Sole Survivor and a life-changing $500,000.
