In order to help YIM MUI to win the competition, the tyrant, HA HON YAN, even uses a lot of money to support her. However, WAN and MEI's old friends spend even more money and make them win the competition. HON YAN feels very angry and determines to take revenge on WAN and MEI. YAN sends his followers to attack WAN and MEI. KAN and LOY meet them and help WAN and MEI to escape from the bad guys. YAN is still very angry. He asks two beggars to request for the accompanyment of WAN and MEI and mock at them. UNCLE CHAN rushes to find WAN's old friends to save them. YAN then diverts his anger towards KAN and LOY. He tries to attack them but always in vain. LOY even succeeds in getting a large sum of money from YAN. YAN's anger towards them grows deeply. KAN and LOY get along with YI for a longer time and gradually find that she is very kind and upright. They even pursue her secretly.

YAN's son, TAI YUNG, returns from France without finishing his studies. He has learnt some Western kung fu and attacks KAN and LOY for his father. YI takes good care of KAN and LOY. They gradually love her but they dare not express their love towards her. LOY finds that KAN pursues YI secretly and quarrels with KAN. However, they do not want to have their friendship destroyed because of this. They therefore agree to pursue YI in probable ways. 'Here is a young girl, CHAU SIU KUEN, who wants to sell herself in order to repay the debt and bury her father. However, since she is too dirty, no one would like to pay the price. SIU KUEN has no other method but to commit suicide. She is saved by KAN and LOY and is accepted by LAN to live on the brothel boat temporarily.

After washing, KUEN becomes very charming. LAN is very happy and wants KUEN to work as a prostitute. KUEN is very unwilling and LAN can only ask KUEN to serve as a singer. YUNG and his father work together to suppress the villagers. They even set up an organization to collect followers in order to strengthen their power. 'UNG goes to find YIM MUI but meets YAN. He escapes in a hurry and destroys YI's cart. YUNG is attracted by YI's beauty and determines to pursue her. KAN and LOY feels that they have met strong opponents and agree to co-operate with one another to cope with YUNG. YI promises to meet YUNG in order to play tricks on him. However, YUNG intends to rape YI. Luckily, KAN arrives and saves YI. YI appreciates KAN's brave behaviour and has a new impression on him.

With his great power, YAN treats the villagers badly and even asks for protection fee from the businessmen and brothel boats. But no one dares to fight against him. At that time, a new Po Che Lam is set up. The owner, WONG CHIU MO declares himself to be the nephew and real follower of WONG FEI HUNG. Every villager likes MO because they still remember HUNG very much. They even want MO to fight against YAN and YUNG. When KAN knows that, he quickly goes to find MO and tells him his relationship with HUNG. MO does not realize their relationship clearly and can only accept KAN as his follower temporarily. MO accepts many followers and runs a good business. KAN and LOY also follow him. However, they have not leant much about martial art and are always treated badly by FU and LUNG. They are very unhappy and go to ask MO when they will be taught about martial art. But MO always answers them vaguely. They can only stay behind and wait.

LOY finds that YI treats KAN better. He then tries hard to pursue YI. On the other hand, KUEN has received LOY's help. She likes him and wants to repay him by marrying him. However, LOY does not like her and KUEN can only have her love in heart. UET FAN arrives at the town and always follows LOY. LOY cannot escapes from her and always hides on the brothel boat. KUEN always persuades him to accept FAN but LOY still cannot accept her. KAN finds that if FAN can marry LOY, he can have YI then. Therefore, he determines to bring LOY and FAN together. On the day of Lung festival, everyone wants to get the 'green ball'. YUNG takes the chance to defeat Po Che Lam. However, MO uses tricks to get the ball and this makes YUNG very angry.
