Episode 1
LEE CRAM FLEN has been a hermit for many years. However he misses his former lover so much that he decides to return. He takes accommodation in an inn where he comes across a young man FEI. LEE is rather impressed by FEI's indifferent attitude. From time to time, LEE casts a wooden sculpture but he never finishes one. It is the sculpture of his former lover YUM. In the inn, there is an armed escort team and they fight with HAK and PAK. FEI wants to help the team but in return he is attacked by them. Luckily he is saved by LEE. LEE and FEI continue their journey and they are surprised to see HAK being killed while the golden armour has been taken away. In fact the killers are CHA MANG, YU YI and KICK LOK TUNG CHU's apprentices. They surround LEE, forcing him to give them the golden armour. Though LEE agrees to hand it in, a harsh duel is inevitable……
Episode 2
TIT CHUN KAP worries and he cannot find his master. At last he finds LEE lying on the ground. Being unconscious, LEE still grasps the wooden sculpture in his hand. Later they find a dead man - FA FUNG. They search his body but they are disappointed as they cannot find the medicine. Therefore they continue their way In despair. They come across MUI YI in an inn. YI claims that he is able to cure LEE and this astonishes them. CHIN comes with BA PING and WAN to invite YI to heal his master's son. YI refuses and this arouses WAN's anger. He declares that he will kill LEE so as to force YI to go with them. In return he is hurt by LEE and loses his martial strength. CHIN goes to question LEE and discovers that he is the best friend of WAN's father. All the others are shocked. YUM argues with LEE who has hurt her son but LEE shows no response as he feels guilty……

LUNG knows that LEE wants to meet LAM SIN YI who is regarded as the most beautiful girl. He tells LEE that she always accompanies YUM. LEE goes to see YI as he wants to know more about YUM. He finds that everything looks like that of twenty years ago. This recalls his sweet memory deep in his heart. One day twenty years ago, LEE was lurked by many enemies. He should have been killed if LUNG had not come to help him. LUNG admired LEE's cousin YUM. Although LEE and YUM were engaged, LEE decided to resign for the sake of friendship. He left without explanation. When LEE is thinking, YI suddenly appears and LEE is also attracted by her charm. LEE suspects that YI has seduced many other swordsmen but she does not admit. She declares that she wants to have MUI dead and the golden armour. When they are trying to find the real thought of the other, YAU LUNG SANG comes to tell them something is happening.
Episode 4
In the garden, TIT is fighting with CHIN HAU YI. They fight as CHIN blames MUI who has not given his son treatment. MUI escapes with TIT's help. As CHIU CHING ALL knows the real identity of TIT, he has to leave LEE. In the market, TIT finds a woman who has lost one of her eyes. She is YUNG and she wants to kill MUI.TIT wants to "buy" MUI and YUNG requests him to go home with her. In her house, TIT is surrounded by YUNG TIN KIT's brothers. They are angry with TIT as he has betrayed KIT. TIT makes no self-defense but for justice, one of them PIN HO invites some outsiders to make judgement for them. The invited ones are CHIU CHING ALL who is famous for his justice, SUNG who is the owner of Tai Kwung Restaurant and FEI. Both ALL and SUNG think that TIT is guilty but FEI has the opposite idea. He states that KIT was betrayed by ALL and ALL wants to shirk the accuse to TIT. The others are shocked to hear this...
Episode 5
WAN begs LEE to forgive him. He requests LEE to teach him martial arts so that he can protect himself in the future. YUM tells LEE YI's unpleasant experience but LEE is not touched as he is not attracted by YI. LEE is accused to be MUI. Although LUNG tries to prove that he is not guilty, the others do not take his words. TIN CHAT attacks LEE at the back and LEE is caught and tortured. ALL wants to kill LEE but FEI stops him. FEI saves YI and brings MUI who has been killed. The others are surprised to see this.
Episode 6
No one believes that the person killed by FEI is MUI. FEI wants to save LEE but he is surrounded. YI begs LUNG to give a helping hand but LUNG's strength is suppressed and can do nothing. As FEI becomes angry, he nearly cannot control himself and kills ALL. Luckily Master SAM MEI stops him. Master SAM MEI comes to cure CHIN but it is too late. LEE is put behinds bars. WAN sends him some wine as he wants to know the relationship between LEE and YUM. LEE declares that there is no filthy relationship between them. WAN does not believe. He humiliates LEE and threatens to kill him with his own sword...
Episode 7
As WAN is going to cut LEE's throat, YUM arrives. WAN claims that he comes to send LEE some wine and YUM is taken in by him. FEI is depressed as he cannot set LEE free. YI tells him that LEE will be sent to Siu Lam Temple. She also tells him that TIT TAT is going to arrive. FEI goes to release LEE but LEE has been taken away. YAU LUNG SANG impersonates LEE and Waits for him there. FEI is nearly caught but he manages to escape at last. When everyone is angry to see FEI running away, they are surprised to hear FEI's scream. However they do not know what has happened.
Episode 8
In order to catch FEI, Master SAM MEI lays the "Law Hong Maze". FEI is trapped and is hurt by Master SAM MEI and after hard struggle, he runs away again. On his way, FEI comes across TIT TAT and his leg is hurt by him. As he cannot defeat TIT TAT, he escapes. On the other hand, LEE's strength has been suppressed. LUNG claims to be good to him and says that he will release him. LEE is touched and begs LUNG to help FEI. LUNG agrees to do as LEE says. TIT TAT comes to kill LEE but YUM entangles him and knocks him down. YUM tells LEE that LUNG has betrayed him but LEE does not believe. YUM worries and does not know how to convince him. Suddenly LUNG comes and YUM is frightened and faints.
