Jonnie Irwin welcomes a London city quitter couple to Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, a town he felt was perfect enough to move to himself. His buyers have two young children, a £700,000 budget and are focused on finding a family home in a place with fast train links, a friendly feel and lots of fresh air. Jonnie dives into the local coffee and craft ale culture, then slows things right down near the Grand Union Canal.
