Episode synopsis
Jonnie Irwin puts Tunbridge Wells and its property market to the test with his first- time buyers. After saving hard for a deposit, they have £425,000 to quit renting a London flat and invest in a starter home in their perfect town. As well as serving up some promising property options, Jonnie gets them a seat in the home of local legend Sofia, whose Colombian supper clubs are one of the hottest dining spots in town.
