In the series pilot, San Francisco thief Billy Diamond (Billy Dee Williams) enlists his streetwise pal (Ken Wahl) to learn why four uncommon criminals have arrived in the city---a job forced on him by a very persuasive police lieutenant (played by Jennifer Warren in this episode).
