Episode synopsis
Nevena Gavran, the coordinator of a crisis negotiation team, is sent by her superior to handle what appears to be a routine hostage situation in the remote village of Zlokućani. As the situation spirals out of control, she is forced to break protocol and confront the armed perpetrator face to face.
