Episode 1
Jiayao, Shuntian, Weihao, Guocheng, and Yilong were close friends during high school. Now in middle age, each of them faces different troubles in life, and things haven’t been going well for them. At their old classmate Hua Ge's funeral, they decided to place a bet together on Toto, and unexpectedly, they won the grand prize!

Yilong gets laid off and receives a good severance, but his wife Zhenmei only wants to use it for their child’s house. Shuntian, embarrassed by comments about his "old man smell," loses interest in intimacy. Weihao frustrated with his job, decides to quit. When the group learns that Jiayao has vanished to Thailand with their prize money, they decide to go after him!

In Thailand, Shuntian reflects on past memories and finally decides to join his old friends in turning back to rescue Jiayao, who has been taken hostage.
