Joe and Kyo are on the run in the city and Sei is ho on their trail! Traps and cops are every wehre but Jo and Kyo have to get to Tokyo Tower before Meg and Kyo run out of time! Will Joe be able to save Meg? Or will the Crow Monster take Meg and Kyo down with it?
