TONG TAI-HOI and his son, TONG CHI-KO, a Court Prosecutor of the Department of Justice, are having a great time in the public stand of the racecourse. In the Owners Boxes, tycoon TUNG CHIN-LUNG, his wife SUNG KAM-CHI, and his younger brother, TUNG CHIN-PANG, are enjoying themselves very much, too. KO knows PANGโs son, TUNG YAT-TSUN, by chance. HOI has retired. Apart from horse gambling, his next favorite pastime is going to the district court to see his son at work. However, he can no longer do so now as he is heavily in debt.
