Episode synopsis

Ten years after discovering his passion for bread, Kazuma Azuma heads to Tokyo with a dream of creating "Ja-pan," a bread that Japan can proudly call its own. Flashbacks reveal how a chance meeting with a traveling baker awakened his talent and inspired his goal, while his first day at Pantasia's recruitment exam gets off to a rocky start after he arrives late to the competition.
