Episode synopsis
The company flies in an American director to shoot a million-pound advert to show off Greggs' products. However, the film-maker is used to sunnier climes and struggles to cope with the reliably grim British weather. The emergency services are called out to a flooded bakery HQ, where a constant stream of sausage rolls keeps spirits high, a homesick Geordie hits upon the idea of introducing Newcastle stottie bread to southerners, and the Greggs chefs tackle the seemingly impossible task of concocting low-fat pastries.
