A decapitated corpse with no hands is discovered on a beach. Death occurred several weeks earlier. With no one reported missing, identification is complex. However there is a possible link to dark tales of sex parties between key figures in the city's salubrious neighbourhoods.

Le Havre, France. The cityโs at war as local mobsters and petty gangsters fight over territory, while the police do their best to put an end to the drug trafficking that holds sway over town.
