The Chesser family is expecting their first baby and needs to renovate and sell their outdated 1960's 2-story ranch so they can move into newer home in an area with better schools. Lex and Alana are on the case: Lex and project manager Trey run into problems with the hardwood flooring, while Alana tries to find the Chessers their dream home in a much sought-after school district.

"Everyone dreams of finding that perfect place to call home," Alana says. "But not everyone can afford their dream home until they've sold a house that no longer suits their needs." So the ladies compare neighborhood home prices and craft the best resale plan for the homeowner's current property. Then, with a goal of selling high and getting clients the dollars they need to purchase their new home, the sisters and their crew tackle whole home renovation projects that include moving walls, adding fresh paint and accessorizing.
