Homes in this area can sell for close to a million dollars, and everyone wants a piece of that, especially Sarasota flippers John and Lana. But big rewards demand big risks, and they’ve soon invested well over half a million in the property. With costs skyrocketing and delays mounting, John and Lana have never had more to gain – or more at stake.
