Cornelia wakes up in a remote manor house with no memory of how she got there or what she's doing there. When she walks around the old house, she meets Alex and 10 other girls in the same situation.

Twelve girls wake up in a secluded mansion, without knowing how or why they got there. As they realize they are locked in, the situation in the house threatens to escalate. But the mansion also harbours a dark secret. The girls are part of a medical experiment and if they donโt manage to escape they will die, one by one.
